Privacy Policy

The short version

• Your clips are private to your account.
• We do not use your videos to train our models, or anyone else’s.
• You can delete a clip, or your whole account, at any time.

What we collect

An account identifier and email address when you sign in with Apple or Google. The video clips you choose to upload for analysis, and the analysis we generate from them. Basic, non-identifying usage information so we can keep the app working and improve it.

How your videos are used

A clip you upload is used to produce your form analysis, and nothing else. To do that, the clip is processed by our analysis provider (Google’s Gemini) and by our own pose-estimation pipeline. It is stored privately against your account so you can watch your results again. We do not sell your videos, we do not share them for advertising, and we do not use them to train machine-learning models. You can delete any clip, and deleting your account removes your clips and analyses.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run the app: Supabase (authentication and storage), Google Gemini (the analysis itself), RevenueCat (subscription management), and Apple and Google (sign-in). Each processes only what it needs to perform its function.

Your choices

You can view and delete your clips in the app, and you can delete your account, which removes your profile, clips, and analyses. To make a request or ask a question, email us at support@axiomtrinitylabs.com.

Children

Dinklix is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes will be surfaced in the app.
